8th Grade High School Transcripts
Transcript request forms can be picked up in the main office, or you can click below to open and download copies. Please fill out the forms and give them to Mrs. Fong.
You may need to go to your chosen high school, or to the high school’s web site, to obtain a teacher/principal recommendation form. After completion, a stamped envelope addressed to the high school must accompany that form.
